Terms of Service

By booking a private airport transfer or taxi service with BuddyTaxi, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability. Upon receiving your booking request, our support team will contact you back within 15 minutes via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the details.

2. Pricing & Additional Fees

BuddyTaxi operates on a fixed-price model. The price quoted is all-inclusive of fuel and tollway fees. However, additional surcharges apply for the following:

  • Child Seats: +300 THB per seat per trip (available upon request).
  • Sightseeing Stopovers: +300 THB per stop (up to 2 hours wait). Bathroom/smoke stops are free.
  • Peak/High Season: Surcharges apply during Songkran (Thai New Year) and Christmas/New Year periods. You will be notified before confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you have pre-paid and wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure date (Thailand time GMT+7) by emailing buddytaxiservice@gmail.com with your Booking Number to receive a full refund.

4. Payment Terms

No credit card or advance payment is required for regular bookings. Payment is to be made in cash (Thai Baht only) directly to your driver upon arrival at your destination.

5. Fleet Usage & Luggage Limits

Customers must select a vehicle category appropriate for their group size and luggage capacity. If the passenger or baggage count exceeds the vehicle's safe limit, our driver reserves the right to refuse service or demand a vehicle upgrade fee.
